Alex was incredible from the very start. From our very first food and wine tasting months earlier through to the final song on the night, she made everything feel smooth and stress-free. On the day itself, the venue looked immaculate and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We couldn't recommend her more - her calm confidence, humour, and creativity brought everything together beautifully.

Alex and her team went above and beyond organising our wedding and setting up the venue. Seeing it all in person for the first time on my wedding day, I was blown away - they executed my vision even better than I could have imagined.

A moment that will always stay with me: I had just arrived at the church and things were running a little late. I was sitting in the bridal car feeling nervous and unsure, but Alex came straight over and instantly calmed me down. She was so kind, composed, and professional - and in that moment, I realised what a truly brilliant coordinator and planner she is.

Thanks to her, I was able to take a breath, walk down the aisle, and actually be present for every moment. The rest of the day ran so smoothly, and I'll always be grateful. Thanks a million Alex!

The care and attention Alex and the team took to decorate our reception space, set up chairs at St Andrew's for our ceremony, and even deliver our canapés to the bridal party while we were off-site for photos - we could not have been happier with how everything went. It was the best day of our lives!

Our February 2025 wedding was always going to be very family friendly as we have three young daughters together. It was important to us that our special day would reflect them too. Together with Alex our wedding coordinator, we designed the perfect daytime wedding where we would get all the important wedding stuff done then relax with our friends and family, the children would roam free and we would be home in time to get them all into bed!!!

Our 7 month planning phase was stress free and we fully enjoyed having someone else do all the hard work at pulling it all together on the day!! Something I appreciated being a very busy mum with little time to plan a wedding.

Alex took care of all the nitty gritty, kept us on track and enabled us to feel really comfortable with the decisions we needed to make. She was very accommodating and nothing was too hard or difficult.

On the day the food was exceptional, we loved the vibe of the venue and looking back 9 months on, there isn't a single thing we would change.
