This service is ideal if you don't require full planning, but want professional support with key elements such as vendor selection, timelines, logistics, styling direction, or overall structure. Together, we create a tailored level of involvement that supports exactly what you need - no more, no less.

This service can include:

Venue and vendor guidance and recommendations
Assistance with bookings and contract support
Styling and design direction
Timeline and logistics refinement
Problem-solving and decision support
Planning checklists and structure
Ongoing guidance leading into the wedding day

On-the-Day Coordination

Designed for couples who have planned their wedding and want a calm, experienced professional to ensure everything runs exactly as intended.

From the weeks leading up to your wedding through to the final moments of the day, I step in to manage the details, coordinate your vendors, and quietly keep everything flowing so you, your family, and your bridal party can be fully present.

This service includes:

A dedicated wedding coordinator
Venue visit(s) to review your vision, logistics, and responsibilities for the wedding and rehearsal
Liaison with all contracted vendors 2–3 weeks prior to your wedding
Attendance and coordination of the ceremony rehearsal
Oversight of ceremony and reception set-up (pack-down by discussion)
Up to 8 hours of wedding day coordination (additional hours available by arrangement)
Acting as the main point of contact on the day
Ensuring the venue is styled and prepared according to your plans before guest arrival
Calm management of any unexpected changes or challenges

Personal Consultation

A relaxed, one-on-one wedding consultation designed to explore your vision, ideas, and the level of support you may be looking for.

This is a chance to talk through your plans, ask questions, gain clarity, and see how we might work together. Whether you're just beginning or already partway through the process, you'll leave with guidance, direction, and a clearer sense of what's possible.

Consultation fee: $200 incl. GST (1 hour-ish!)

If you choose to proceed with wedding planning services, this fee will be deducted from your final package investment.
