Hi, I’m Alex, the planner, cheerleader, spreadsheet-slayer, and romantic heart behind I Do Wedding & Event Planning.

With over two decades in the world of events, I’ve learned that the true magic of a wedding isn’t just in how it looks, it’s in how it feels. My love of organisation, design, and detail has grown into something far more meaningful: helping couples create celebrations that feel effortless, personal, and completely their own.

As an independent planner and coordinator, I work closely with you to shape a day that reflects who you are, what you love, and how you want to celebrate. My role is to be your calm in the chaos, whether you’re planning an intimate elopement, a grand celebration, or something beautifully in between.

You have planned your wedding. I step in for the final weeks to manage the details, coordinate your vendors, and quietly keep everything flowing so you and your family can be fully present.

  • Venue visits to review vision and logistics
  • Liaison with all vendors 2 to 3 weeks prior
  • Ceremony rehearsal attendance
  • Oversight of ceremony and reception set-up

Personal Consultation

A relaxed one-on-one session to explore your vision, ask questions, and gain clarity on what’s possible. You’ll leave with guidance and direction, whether you’re just beginning or already partway through.
